Shipping Policy:

We offer shipping service via Fedex, UPS, and DHL. Items will be shipped via our choice of carrier. We offer our customers the following shipping options:

• Domestic Orders (Excl. Alaska & Hawaii): Fedex Ground, Fedex Express, UPS, DHL
  

• Orders to Alaska & Hawaii: Fedex Ground, Fedex Express, UPS, DHL
  

• International Orders: UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Express Plus, United States Postal Service

Shipping Time: Orders placed on our site usually ship within 24-48 hours unless a product is out of stock. Orders placed for expedited shipping after 12:00 Noon Eastern Time will ship the following business day. Shipments are sent Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Expedited Shipping:  Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost which will be calculated upon checkout. Orders placed for expedited shipping after 12:00 Noon Eastern Time will ship the following business day.

• Most orders are received within 3-5 business days, and ship within 12-48 hours after the order is placed.

Checking Order Status: To check the status of an order, click the Your Account link in the upper right corner of each page and login to your account. Orders that are awaiting shipment are defined as Pending while orders that have shipped are labeled Closed. Once an order has been shipped, you can view the tracking number in order to determine a delivery date from the shipping carrier.
